Dr. Stefan Albrecht, CEO and Founder
Stefan Albrecht was a Senior Partner with the Management Consultancy McKinsey & Company.
He worked with McKinsey from 1994 to 2014 in it's Munich, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing and Berlin offices.
He has served leading global technology companies in the areas of Strategy, Globalization, Technology, Organisation, Sales and Marketing, and Mergers and Acquisitions.
During his McKinsey career he has served in global, regional, as well as country leadership roles in the areas of High Tech, Client Service, and Office Management.
Stefan Albrecht has a Ph.D in Business Administration from University of Goettingen and a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Karlsruhe. He was a Scholar of the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes.

Dr. Ralf Berscheid, CMO and Shareholder
Ralf Berscheid has been working in the healthcare sector for 23 years, whereof 20 years in Executive Management positions.
He has gained knowledge of the healthcare sector from versatile perspectives: after being a medical manufacturer, health care Service Provider, Hospital Operator, as well as an Investment Consultant, he is strongly acquainted with the processes in hospitals which he could optimize through different positions. The companies Ralf has been responsible for belonged to the Quality leaders within the sector.
After his employment at disinfectant manufacturer Schülke & Mayr and the McKinsey&Company, Ralf Berscheid was responsible for the setup of the global service business in the medical products area at B.Braun / Aesculap. In his subsequent work as a Member of the Executive Board of Damp Holding he took care of implementing coherent service infrastructures in the company-owned hospitals. After a successful rehabilitation of the Sterilisation Service Provider Vanguard, Ralf counseled financial investors in terms of medical technology and life science as a partner of Abolon Group.
Ralf holds a Ph.D in Chemistry from the University of Bonn and a masters degree from the Max-Planck-Institute in Mühlheim a.d. Ruhr.
